The Bedford Business Club

The Bedford Business Club is a new concept in serviced offices. Each member of the club has access to all of the club services, which include:

• Hot Desking
• Board Rooms
• Meeting Rooms
• Telephone Answering
• Business Accomadation
• Business Address
• Training Facilities
• Free WiFi

There are three membership types available so that you can choose what suites the needs of your business. You can choose from the following:

Premium: This entitles the member to a full package with use of the meeting rooms and board rooms (booked in advance) for a day a week and use of the full facilities of the club including the free use of the facilities in the evening for a launch function or a press evening or a training event. Full catering facilities can be arranged at an additional cost with a local approved supplier. Premium members enjoy up to 100 hours per month of hot desking and full use of the business lounge. Along with all the other services such as telephone answering,mail handling and much more.

Premium membership - £149 per month on a 12month agreement.

Standard: This entitles the member to a full package with use of the meeting rooms and board rooms (booked in advance) for a day a week and use of the full facilities of the club including the use of the facilities in the evening for a launch function or a press evening or a training event by arrangement at a discounted cost. Standard members enjoy up to 40 hours per month of hot desking and use of the business lounge and more.

Standard membership - £99 per month on a 12 month agreement.

Basic: This entitles the member to use of the meeting rooms and board rooms at a discounted rate once booked in advance and use of the full facilities of the club. Basic members enjoy up to 20 hours per month of hot desking and use of the business lounge up to 20 hours per month.
Business services are also included such as:-

•  Free use of business equipment in the meeting rooms such as large screens and presentation aids
•  Administrative assistance if required – Chargeable item

Basic membership - £79 per month on a 6 month agreement.

Casual Use: The club can be used as a casual member paying the daily fee which entitles the member to use all of the clubs facilities and working areas. The boardrooms are bookable as are the meeting room at an extra charge of £25 per hour and this fee will include the use of all meeting room equipment and a stationary pack for each meeting member to a maximum of 6 people.
