Experience Bedford New Homes Prize Draw

ENTRY INTO THE PRIZE DRAW. If you purchase a new home from one of the participating companies listed  under ‘PARTICIPATING HOUSEBUILDERS AND SITES’ in the Official Rules you are eligible to enter the prize draw. To be included in the prize draw you will need to complete the official entry form including the details of the participating company's representative.

Purchasing a new home from a participating company does not automatically enter you into the prize draw, you must complete the official entry form.

Live Better Locations Limited is not responsible for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects in part or whole, delays in operations, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for any technical malfunctions of any kind, or failure to receive the official entry form.

Live Better Locations Limited is not responsible for official entry forms that are lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or postage-due. All entries become Live Better Locations Limited's property and will not be returned.

Your entry will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of Live Better Locations Limited, if you attempt (i) to enter the Experience Bedford New Homes Competition Prize Draw through any means other than as described in these Official Rules; or (ii) to disrupt the Experience Bedford New Homes Competition Prize Draw, circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, or in any way tamper with the Experience Bedford New Homes Competition Prize Draw. If either of the above occurs, Live Better Locations Limited has the right to remedy any such action, disruption, or circumvention, and to seek damages from you to the fullest extent permitted by law.

ELIGIBILITY: All those who purchase a new home from one of the participating companies, who are 18 years or older at the opening date of Experience Bedford New Homes Competition Prize Draw may participate in this prize draw, or if you are under 18 years of age, you must have parental/guardian consent to enter the contest. By entering this Experience Bedford New Homes Competition Prize Draw you represent to Live Better Locations Limited that you are either at least 18 years of age or have consent from a parent/guardian. Employees of Live Better Locations Limited and its immediate families and members of their households are not eligible to participate in this Experience Bedford New Homes Competition Prize Draw. By registering to win the prize, the winner grants Live Better Locations Limited permission to use his/her name (including screen name) and likeness for advertising and future promotion purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited by law). Unaccepted prizes may not be awarded. This Experience Bedford New Homes Competition Prize Draw is subject to these complete and Official Rules.

SELECTION OF WINNERS. Winners of the Experience Bedford New Homes Competition Prize Draw will be selected in a randomized manner on or around the fifteenth date of the calendar month following the month of the house sale completion.

NOTIFICATION: The winner will be notified at the day of the drawing, and has 48 hours to contact Live Better Locations Limited regarding their prize. Live Better Locations Limited is under no obligation to notify winners by any means other than e-mail. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during 1 business day from the first notification attempt, such person may be disqualified, with an alternate winner selected.

Live Better Locations Limited reserves the right to modify scheduling of the Experience Bedford New Homes Competition Prize Draw without prior notice. If the judges determine in their sole discretion that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the giveaway or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the giveaway, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue, and/or terminate the giveaway and conduct a random drawing to award prizes using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Limit one prize per person. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility within 3 days of notification attempt. Failure to return the affidavit in the time noted will result in disqualification of the entry and the random selection of an alternate winner.
Live Better Locations Limited may require winners to provide proof that they are the purchases of a new home from a participating company. Any winner who does not comply with the Official Rules will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

REDEMPTION: Live Better Locations Limited will contact the company supplying the prize won and provide them with the winner's details. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed except by Live Better Locations Limited, who also reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.

CONDITIONS: By participating in the Experience Bedford New Homes Competition Prize Draw, you agree to release and hold Live Better Locations Limited and its directors, officers, employees and agents, and all prize suppliers harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Experience Bedford New Homes Competition Prize Draw or any product purchased, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, whether suffered by you or a third party. This Experience Bedford New Homes Competition Prize Draw is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Live Better Locations Limited and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Experience Bedford New Homes Competition Prize Draw or these Official Rules. All decisions regarding the Experience Bedford New Homes Competition Prize Draw, including, but not limited to, selecting winners, will be made by Live Better Locations, whose decisions shall be final. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes.

 Please note that particular conditions apply to some prizes. The spa day for two people offered at Henlow Grange by Champneys is not valid Saturday or Sunday, is not available at Champneys Tring and is non refundable. The prize will be issued in the form of a gift voucher which will be valid for 12 months from date of issue. The voucher is non transferable. Please allow 28 days for delivery.

LIST OF PRIZEWINNERS: For a list of prizewinners, mail by [date chosen] a self-addressed stamped envelope, accompanied by a hand-printed request indicating "Winner's List", to Experience Bedford New Homes
